We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Stranger.Signal@outlook.com so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
